We are sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Piccolo Machine. 

Could you please confirm the following?
• Serial Number of your machine
• Blend and Brand of capsules you are using including the best before date and batch number.
• Age of your machine
• Did you register for the 1 year warranty?
• If not and your machine is within the 1 year warranty period, please attach proof of purchase. 
• Is the capsule being punctured properly in the front and the back after extracting?
• Does water flow through your machine when there is no capsule inserted?
• Has your machine been descaled and the piercing plates thoroughly cleaned to remove and coffee grinds? (We recommend running a descaler through your machine to ensure there is no build- up of lime scale over time. Any descaler at your local supermarket will suffice)
• Is the used coffee holder regularly emptied and no capsules stuck?
• Is your water tank secured? Please also lift up your water tank and ensure water comes out from the bottom. If no water comes out, you may have an air bubble which should be resolved with a quick shake. 
• Do you clean your machine weekly with the 3 minute cleaning mode?
 
From there, we can then determine whether your machine requires a warranty review and will assist you with a return or assistance to resolve your issue. 

If your machine is not within the 12 month warranty period or no proof of purchase available, please still upload a video so we can try and give you some helpful tips.

Please be advised you could take the Milk Frother back to the place of purchase for a return or refund if you have your proof of purchase alternatively;

Could you please confirm the following?
- Serial Number of your machine
- Have you registered for our the 1 year warranty or have proof of purchase 
- Your postal address

From there, we can then determine whether your Frother will require a warranty review and will assist you with a return or how to resolve your issue.
